He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the differences between products clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how patient and detail-oriented he was. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who combines product knowledge with such great customer service. Management should know you have a real asset on your team. T represents the brand extremely well, and because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of the budtenders spent like 10min with me on how to use concentrates which I hadn't used before. He mentioned he wants to start teaching classes at the shop once a week and let me tell you, Ima sit in the front row when they start. I appreciate how much everyone there seems to actually care about their work.
