What really stood out was how patient and detail-oriented he was. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who combines product knowledge with such great customer service. Management should know you have a real asset on your team. T represents the brand extremely well, and because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of the budtenders spent like 10min with me on how to use concentrates which I hadn't used before. He mentioned he wants to start teaching classes at the shop once a week and let me tell you, Ima sit in the front row when they start. Best deals in the city, but their staff are condescending and made me feel like I was trying to game the system when I misunderstood caregiver procedures. "We live and we learn." Sure do. I learned that your staff are misogynistic jerks who talk down to people. Sir, you couldn't have known this, but the same way you made me feel that day is how I was made to feel in childhood. Ironic that the place I go for cPTSD help actually triggered me. And I'm still spiraling about it weeks later! Thanks for explaining things nicely to my partner instead of treating me with dignity. I'm never going back. I don't care about the savings. You suck and I hope people don't treat you that way when you don't understand something or make a mistake. Shame on you.
