I had an amazing experience at this dispensary, and I have to specifically shout out T. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the differences between products clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how patient and detail-oriented he was. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who combines product knowledge with such great customer service. Management should know you have a real asset on your team. T represents the brand extremely well, and because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back.

The store its self needs more personal kiosk. That’ll help speed up the interaction time. Also it would be great if they had more deals or chances for more deals like other dispensaries. Also the signs for taking out or having products out that was just purchased needs to be updated it states don’t open product. I almost got into an issue for looking at my product in the store . Also the bud tenders could be more informative or knowledgeable on items and deals in store

NUERA AND URAIL WERE AWESOME. I ordered online because I saw the same edibles 1/4th cheaper than in RN + Jane gold for the cash back. Then came in and URAIL dropped so much knowledge. Learned a lot. Thank you Nu Era team

I always have a great experience here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm getting more of an experience than a transaction. One of the budtenders spent like 10min with me on how to use concentrates which I hadn't used before. He mentioned he wants to start teaching classes at the shop once a week and let me tell you, Ima sit in the front row when they start. I appreciate how much everyone there seems to actually care about their work.

Clean, easy and responsive staff at check in and what great vibes the staff is an absolute blast! Would definitely come back again especially because the deals are 10/10! The employee T was exceptionally helpful. The music choices are 10/10 as well
