I absolutely adore Aubrey she is my fave along with some of the other OG WORKERS! Jesus is also awesome. Aubrey always knows what my nose likes! Thanks for always giving me great customer service and listening to me gossip and vent lol

Update: The owner of the company called me to discuss the interaction/situation. Dont need to get into the details except that he cares about what goes on in the store and us customers. My goal wasn't to go after anyone or anything but to share my 1 experience. Having said that it was just that, 1 bad experience, the owner did not let that 1 bad experience overshadow the many good experiences I've had there throughout the years. I didn't ask for anything from the owner or expect anything. We talked, he listened, and demonstrated he cares. I will be back again. Been coming here weekly for an ounce 1-2 a week for about 6 or 7 years. Even when it was still light shade. For the most part things have been great. Today the new manager helped me and wow. Totally off putting. I literally almost walked out but also may be the last time i visit fired simply because of my interaction with him. I like to check out the buds and how dense, I understand you cant touch the weed, I've always been able to give them a poke with their tweezers to check density which if you cant do that okay cool, he snatched the tweezers i picked up out of my hand and he immediately had a bad attitude about it and got on his high horse talking about hes gonna write up whoever did it. Then I said ive been coming here for years and its never been an issue. Then he said he would write up the whole store. He was visibly irritated with me and could tell he was fuming, not sure why, wasnt a big deal. Indicative how bad he must treat employees if hes going to get that upset at a customer, definitely felt very uncomfortable. If you were to pull up my account I have spent thousands here. This guy definitely doesnt care about customer service. I say that less because of him not allowing me to feel the buds but more because he cared more about being right and flex that he's the manager and can write everyone up. Poor choice in leadership and you guys just potentially lost a long time customer because of one guy. Find someone that likes their job more than they care about their ego. Like I said, almost just walked out but I told myself this will be the last ounce I get. I know if I told him I was just going to leave he wouldn't care, so I made sure I purchased so I can leave this shitty review. All your other tenured staff has been great. Always nice, take their time, give recommendations etc so I wanna give them their flowers.

This was my first time here and wanted to try something new. I had the pleasure of meeting Ruth as my budtender. Sounds funny to say since I’m not a big smoker, but she was great, very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable being there. She gave me a great recommendation that I’ll have to try again. Definitely will be back and ask for Ruth if she is there.

I visited this location today, and the interaction felt noticeably unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. Before my ID was even checked, the three female budtenders behind the counter looked at me, turned away, and went straight back to their personal conversation. The shift in energy was immediate and intentional enough that I felt out of place before I had even spoken to anyone. The male employee at the front was professional and greeted me when I walked in. He checked my ID and was the only one in the building who acted like he was working. When he finished checking my ID, he looked toward the budtenders to see who was available to assist. I heard him say, “Let me see which one is free,” as he tried to get their attention. They saw him clearly, refused to acknowledge both of us, and told him, “You got this one,” before turning their backs again in the middle of an empty store. A customer who walked in after me was greeted immediately, which made the contrast impossible to ignore. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no attempt at basic service from the three behind the counter. It was deliberate avoidance toward one customer and full engagement with another. I don’t usually write reviews, especially since I work within Denver’s creative and entertainment community and visit many businesses around the city. But this stood out enough that it should be on management’s radar. The tone employees set within the first few seconds of a customer entering can make or break a brand. In this case, it communicated that certain people receive service and others do not. Denver has plenty of dispensaries that treat customers with basic respect. I hope leadership takes a serious look at how guests are being received at this location.

Tyler is out of this world. Felt like I walked into a fantasy. Very magical. Very friendly. Great smile. Amazing energy. Very happy I stumbled upon this store. Great prices. Awesome choices 10 out of 10
