Calyx + Trichomes

I generally like shopping here. However, as of late the delivery service seems to take longer and longer each time I use it. I'll make an order as soon as I get home from work, and won't receive it until I'm ready to go to bed. I find the service has become very inconvenient from here. The delivery times seem to take hours longer than any other store offering cannabis delivery in Kingston.

I have shopped the store since they first opened and watched them grow. I used to come here all the time because your prices were better than everybody. Your price is now we’re not even close to better than everybody. You’re far more expensive than everybody and I’ve tried to price match twice over the years and both times it was an issue so farewell to the thousands of dollars I spent at your store I will not come back in because you are not the cheapest price in town

This is a great place to shop at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time I go in there is always someone available to answer all of my questions and help with recommendations. It’s the only place I shop at.

I haven't left a review on Google before but I think Calyx should be the first and only place I do. This is without a doubt the best pot store in Kingston. Prices are just incredible and fair, the stores are beautiful, organized and easy to maneuver and the staff are some of the kindest and most helpful people I've ever met in any store even non weed related ones. I always have a good time visiting it and purchasing from here.

My favourite errand every week is my trip to the Midland store to stock up for the week. Staff are always friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Customer service is still alive and well. stu stu.
