Canna Cabana

Compliant: I bought a grinder (never used it with receipt and packaging) and hate how the bottom and top feels, it has sharp ridges along it - not great on the hands for twisting. I wanted to return/exchange it to buy a different grinder but they will not exchange unless it's electric products. Dumb policy, especially since they weren't losing out on a sale and more than likely purchasing a more expensive product. I was also there to purchase pre-rolls as well. Just a caution to others, and I will not be buying accessories from them ever. Great selection and pricing otherwise.

Honestly, this place is like the VIP lounge of cannabis shops 😎. Staff are super friendly and actually know their stuff, no awkward guessing games here. The selection? Fire. The vibe? Chill enough to make you want to hang out for hours. If cannabis shopping had a Hall of Fame, this spot would be in it!

Absolutely love this store! Love the prices and the staff are great! Alexia by far is one of my favourites she has the best recommendations and the best customer service. So friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store to my family and friends!

I just wanted to say that this place is absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful. Tim always makes me feel right at home and so attentive. James is always running around the store (literally) grabbing your preferred product before you even remind him of what you need. Jarred is so sweet and kind and always remembers my order as well. Alexia always smiling and ready to help. I don’t go anywhere but Cana bc they rock and their prices are always unbeatable. 5 stars all around!!!! 🙏🏼💕
