High! It's me, Josh! Here's the thing. You need to do something about your stock levels. 1 in 3 times I have no choice but to go somewhere else, and I do not want to do that. That's like $1200+ in revenue for a couple in 1 year! I strongly desire to give you my money and nobody else. We love the atmosphere particularly if we happen to catch Matt, and just want some reliability in the products availability. And let me tell ya. Kudos to the staff in general for always keeping a positive attitude in the face of undoubtedly frustrated customers who simply will not wait until Thursday shipment comes, and are going to switch loyalty. As an owner I am SURE you feel this heavily. I am keeping the 5 star rating because I firmly believe you have a great business with amazing people, but there's a problem to fix. My two cents as a retailer for 15 years. Take it or leave it.

Man I love this place. Whenever I'm in the area I always try to drop by and grab a few drinks for the week. The owner and the staff(Matt in particular) are awesome and they know their stuff, the vibe is unmatched and they always have new stuff for me to try. I will not go to a different store unless I literally can't get to theirs! One day I'm gonna get thoses Sens tickets I'm telling ya!!!

Most amazing and personable people I have ever met. Never had a bad experience, been to so many other dispensary’s and the service just cannot compare. They actually care about what they sell you and give the best and most accurate recommendations, every single time. I had even inquired about if they would sell hemp wick, and guess who made it possible!!! Love you guys !

Great first experience at Zephyr on Hazeldean with Adrian and Mackenzie! Super knowledgeable and friendly. They made great recommendations and I got a fantastic cobalt blue glass water pipe for only $25! That’s regular price! This will likely turn into my go to store. Thanks guys!
