Zen Leaf in the West Loop is one of the best dispensaries I have visited in Chicago. The store is clean, modern, and well organized, which makes shopping easy and comfortable. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain different products and strains without rushing me. I appreciated how clear the pricing and menu options were. Checkout was smooth and quick, even during a busy time. This is a great spot for both first-time customers and experienced shoppers looking for quality and great service.

This is by far the best dispensary I’ve been to in Chicago. Zen Leaf Dispensary West Loop rivals (and in some ways even surpasses) the quality and (fine-dining) experience of Sunnyside locations, which are known for their ultra-modern layouts and high-end service etc... Zen Leaf delivers that same level of professionalism but with a more grounded, relatable vibe. Nothing feels over the top or intimidating. You walk in feeling welcome, comfortable, and never rushed or insecure about what to choose. Customer service here is truly NEXT-LEVEL. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been polite, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. They don’t just treat you like another customer; they actively work with you to figure out what you need, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure you walk out feeling taken care of. And the deals/prices? Unreal. The promotions at Zen Leaf consistently beat every other dispensary I’ve visited in the city. I’ve shopped all over Chicago, and time after time, Zen Leaf delivers the best value: top-quality products at the best prices. Simply put - Its the best bang for your buck. I highly, highly, highly recommend this dispensary. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of quality, customer service and pricing, Zen Leaf West Loop is unmatched!

If I could leave no stars I would… I just left this location to pick up my order that was confirmed and ready for pickup… I get here and they tell me that there’s an error in the system and that they sold out my bundle pack I was picking up. So I asked was there something comparable or something that could be done and the manager ( a guy) with no compassion or no nothing just simply said yea no nothing I can do. This was my 1 st time shopping with zen leaf and this is the treatment given… I don’t recommend them to anyone if ur looking for compensation from their mess up or excellent customer service!!!

I'm looking to take my business elsewhere. I was overcharged about $30. I stopped by today to place an order at the kiosk. I had looked at the website prior to arriving, so I already knew what I wanted to purchase. It was a strain that was 35% off, 7 grams that should've rang up to $42.25. Instead, I was charged the full price of $65 and taxed the usual 10% and 17% on the $65 price, bringing my total to $82. I questioned it as I handed over my cash. I thought maybe it was my error, and I chose the wrong strain or amount. I asked the cashier what the tax % was on that and why it rang up so high. The receipt showed that I was charged the incorrect amount, so I brought it her attention. They couldn't refund the order. Instead, they gave me 3.5 grams of a strain that I wasn't able to choose and was on sale for $31. Meanwhile, some other customer was freaking out and yelling about something with his experience. I didn't want to also make a scene. I feel like just giving me enough of a bs bag to cover the cost I paid vs. a refund or something better wasn't enough to satisfy me. I would've just purchased the 14 grams of the strain I wanted that was on sale for $78 and gotten double the amount had I wanted to spend more money. This isn't the 1st instance I've had here that's rubbed me the wrong way. The website says they're unveiling an app soon, yet they can't even charge in people in-house correctly. Moving forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are too many dispensary options now a days to be making mistakes with people's money. I, however, will say that all the staff are super friendly; ID guys, kiosk associate, cashier. They are all friendly and sociable, but money is money, and if you can't get your stuff together and you overcharge me, I'll spend mine elsewhere.
