Zen Cannabis

I recently moved to Kitchener and needed a new dispensery to call home. I've now visited a handful of times and each has been excellent. I went looking for something to make me feel good at home, but Zen Cannabis makes puts me in a good mood before I even leave the store.

When I entered I was quickly greeted by Scooby, a very friendly dog! The staff member that helped me as very well informed about the products and their manufacture's, and they were very pleasant to chat with. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Highly unimpressed as I went here for 1st time ever...had to wait 10 mins to be helped & the Man literally lied & said he had to take a call from his Manager....Which is exactly what he said to pervious Customer (Didn't leave from in front of me that's why when he repeated the statement I knew it was a lie, I let it pass) he cashed me out & didn't bag the items so I ended up leaving without my PAID FOR PAPERS...I returned & he recharged me. I will make sure to never return.

Have prescription cannibus with Medical company and they are always running out! Can't get my CBD when needed... So went in to see what Zen carried. The CBD capsules they gave me worked better then the ones I was getting off prescription and they are just around the corner from where I live. We'll staffed, great customer service and great security.

Everytime I walk in I get a smile and info that's very helpful. Really enjoy the 1 to 1 interaction with no attitude. Excellent place.
