The employees at the West Broadway branch are nice and courteous. Yet some products are either bad or expired. I bought "Indiva Blips" tablets twice, and both times the tablets were semi-soft and stale when they should have been crunchy when you chew on them. I emailed my concern to the contact provided on their website (more than 2 weeks ago), and they never responded to my concern. I'm never shopping at this store or any of their branches again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to Westcanna to buy CBD for my mother’s sleep issues and honestly had no idea about cannabis—I always thought it was something only for “drug users” (sorry! 😅). But the staff completely changed my perspective! They were so professional, friendly, and patient. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and help me choose the right product for my mom. I left feeling informed and confident, and my mom is already seeing a difference in her sleep quality. This place is truly welcoming and educational, not intimidating at all. If you’re new to CBD or cannabis and have questions, Westcanna is the perfect place to go. Thank you for making the experience so positive!

This place is amazing. A large airy modern space ( no ridiculous cloak and dagger feel ) with friendly and engaged staff who take their on their jobs with passion and zeal. Well run and managed. A great selection and knowledgable staff to point you in the right direction if you feel overwhelmed.

So I went into this establishment a bit weary, for obvious reasons of course. As it turns out, it was simple and fascinating. There were so many alternatives to the pharmaceutical drugs for anxiety and insomnia. I absolutely love the workers there, they were knowledgeable and understanding. I cannot say enough about their great service. Oh and their recommendations were incredibly helpful, especially for managing my fathers pain.
