The wavy team is awesome! Always very friendly and helpful, and a great selection and prices too!

So I went inside the dispensary, as I am a loyal customer and always expect excellent service. And I was met with a very rude employee working at the desk. She had red hair and was on the heavier side, very sarcastic, using a lot of Attitude. She immediately profiled me and my friend, and began to give us a lot of more attitude very bad demeanour towards us. She then asked us to verify our age, so we showed our IDs. Me, realizing I had my ID in my wallet and all you COULD see it through a screen, even though all my info, including my date was showing I decided to take Out, of Goodwill and good faith to show it to her. So she had easier visibility and felt more safe as she was alone . She seemed very on edge. Then she started arguing with me, calling me, suspicious, saying that I was lying and accusing me of all types of thing And my friend. First, kicking my friend out then she tries to kick me. At that point, I wasn’t having it as I am a loyal customer I go to the gym right beside the Dispensary, And I come in almost every night. I never expected to be treated like this in the sort of establish. All employees are so welcoming I even remember her being there when I was helped by another Younger man with short black hair, and also a younger woman dark skinned woman with Blonde hair. They were very welcoming, so excellent that I Every day, almost before my gym i ho there. I remember her being there in some of these visits accompanying one of the other employee. So she does know me, and she does know I have Bought from their previous. Yet she decided to discriminate against me and my friend using vulgar language, accuse me of fraud and faking ID And or more. She kicked us out essentially. This is not the type of establishment I thought I was in or community. I thought this was a very welcoming and safe place to be able to Weed at. yet I was met with something very negative and very unsafe in My opinion. As she was using her hands a lot and speaking very loudly while I was just trying to understand her issue with me/us. I have only seen her during my last visit, never really had a full conversation or Interacted with her just thank you high and bye on multiple occasions at least two. This is why I don’t know her name, but I am very displeased Unhappy and ultimately sad this occurred at such a welcoming in this establishment that I know for otherwise Update/reply: As stated before I did show my ID multiple times. But before anything, I think her mind was made up and we were labelled. This was racially Motivated. She was verbally attacking us. You can check the cameras and see that even before she and my companion realized he did not have his ID. I showed mine. She just refused to let me buy anything, as she felt that we were not “the people” for this store. That we were not good enough to spend our money here. Also, as I said, I have been here before. She has seen me buying products from the store before, talking to employees as friends, with a smile on all faces. So why the change of heart when no one is around? As to my “reputation”. You dont know my reputation. So to speak on that and side with someone as if they were not rude… goes to show yours!

DO NOT RECOMMEND Staff was very rude, I got attitude as soon as I walked in the door and before I could even get a “hello” in. I wonder if they treat all their customers this way… on top of all that the selection is also quite limited.

2024: Keila was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, what a lovely girl! 🏆👏🏻 The young man is also awesome! Just went shopping here. Andrew was very knowledgeable and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The receptionist was very nice as was the owner who I also met. What a fantastic store! It is by far the best in Ottawa now. It’s nice and cool and has huge windows bringing in all that beautiful light without the heat. I only wish it was here when I was back at Col By haha 😆 👍🏻

Andrew is such an outstanding human. He always has the best reccomendations. Great prices, my new fave shop
