I got extremely poor service from one of the staff, emailed the store to complain, and never heard back. I would have been happy to resolve my complaint privately but ok, I'll leave a terrible review

I actually shop here for my senior dog. I love the store and its staff. Great experience every time. It’s a very pretty store too. It’s unfortunate the retail stores can’t sell CBD & THC for dogs because the ones that do online are charging 3 to 4 times what it should cost. It also required me to do the calculations to figure out her dose. CBD is 3mg / 10lbs and the THC is 1/4 of that for therapy once daily and double the dose if it’s for medical treatment. Zoe developed arthritis winter 2022/23. She was having a hard time getting up the stairs to our apartment and licking her paws and legs all the time. So I started her on the CBD Jan 2023, 0.3 ml, and by April 2023 all her signs and symptoms were gone. Then, in August, she was diagnosed with a 3cm x 5cm liver tumour. I added the THC to her regimen and because this became medical treatment doubled both. I’m happy to say that in the first 6 months her liver enzymes came down by 50%. When she started on the THC I didn’t start with the full quarter dose and she did act a little bit stoned for a while but within a few weeks to a month she fully adapted. I recently tried to cut the doses back from medical to therapy levels, but she started limping so she’ll be at these levels for the rest of her life. I really hope the cannabis stores in Ontario can start selling both CBD and THC for dogs because there are so many benefits that we don’t need toxic prescription medication for.
