Asking a 45 years old for ID ? I didn't have my license with me and i show a photo and they kick me out my friend went in , and I couldn't even stay next to door she said go outside wait and in the cold for my friends in very rude , hire your emplyees better way

Been coming here for 2 years but these guys are not truthful, every time I come and have enough points for rise rewards they say u don’t have enough points. While I just checked on the app I do never going to this location

Great place to shop. Always something amazing on sale and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They got my 5 stars ++ because on Halloween they were playing Christmas carols - a truly ghoulish experience and honestly totally unexpected 😂 Thank you! Made me and all the other customers laugh out loud when it was pointed out 🤣

The Sales manager Heather isn’t the greatest. Guarantee you that they return & exchange caps cartridges that malfunction. I had two malfunction & had a hard time exchanging them regardless of being told it wouldn’t be an issue previous. They wouldn’t believe me even with a receipt & one remaining unopened. Plenty of cannabis retailers in the area. I’d recommend checking out the competition because as a repeat customer I feel like you should atleast be treated with respect.

I came in hoping for a simple shopping experience, but was met with sarcasm, poor service, and an outdated attitude. This store refuses to let mothers with kids inside — even though the rules have already changed to allow it. The staff member I dealt with didn’t even seem to know where his own products were, and clearly didn’t know the law either. He told me he “wouldn’t sell to me” if my baby was in the store, which is absurd considering you can bring kids into the LCBO with no problem. In the end, another woman in the store actually had to hold my baby just so I could retrieve my item. The policy is unfair, the service was terrible, and the associates don’t seem to know much about the laws they’re enforcing. Won’t be returning.
