It’s OK. The quality could be better. I’m mostly annoyed by the rewards program, because it limits how points can be used. The program locks customers into specific product categories instead of offering a simple dollar-off credit. I don’t see the benefit. If 300 points equal a $15 gram, it would make more sense to apply $15 off the entire order. I’m not interested in redeeming points for an overpriced gram. Furthermore, percentage-based discounts require a much higher point threshold. Other dispensaries offer more flexible rewards, and I’m only noting that because Utopia’s products aren’t the best quality and they only carry a handful of flower brands. And because the product quality is inconsistent, I expected a rewards program that better reflects that. But…. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s just convenient. Their house brand isn’t the best quality - some cultivars are very dry and tastes like dirt. Other brands (very few) are way overpriced. You can get them for nearly half the price at other dispensaries. They are simply located closest to my home. If I had better and more accesible options, I wouldn’t patronize this dispo. The service is always amazing and the people working are cool, but those products are hit or miss with more misses that hits.

we stopped on our way to belle isle. really nice store, an old motorcycle shop / factory. Very good first time deal. i was satisfied with the products and the customer service. thanks!

Customer service was good but they did not have much of a selection. Also the security needs to be better, asking “do you have any weapons” without metal detectors isn’t very effective
