Friendliest staff of all the local dispensaries, and great product variety. The owner is brimming with kindness. Highly recommend! I encountered a local sports media journalist shopping there too, it was pretty cool.

Recently visited for the first time and was blown away! The store itself is a beautiful little store front with easy accessibility. Inside it's very cozy, very professional, and set up streamlined and displays their products clearly. The staff is truly amazing! Incredibly kind, passionate, and knowledgeable about their products and cannabis in general. We had a really nice conversation where I learned a lot, and I left excited to come back. This shop has hands down the best selection of small-batch craft flower I have ever seen. If dispensaries had Michelin stars, this store would have three stars for being worthy of a special journey. Up In Smoke is the pinnacle of their profession and offers peak products, environment, and service. If you don't know, you won't know! What Matt and Sarah at up in Smoke are doing is something really special, and it is clear that they are some of the biggest supporters of craft cannabis in BC. They have earned a customer for life! The friendly neighbourhood pot shop indeed!! Top shelf products and exceptional customer service. I felt very welcome in this cozy shop. Tasso was very friendly and shared his vast knowledge about the products. He was very patient and kindly rolled a joint for me from my very recent purchase the Strawberry Froyo (which smells really good by the way). Definitely worth visiting the store!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. they have consistently new products all the time, their delivery service is impeccable, and their staff is absolutely wonderful. The knowledge they have towards the industry and cannabis is out of this world. you feel like a part of the community. once you enter the space, the friendliness continues to move forward from there as all they want to do is help you get the product that you exactly need, and help you try some stuff that you are maybe thinking about. Their guidance is helpful and respectful. I personally always go out of my way to visit this shop so I can buy some product when I'm in town from the island. it doesn't matter if I'm half an hour away, because everything is half an hour away in Vancouver. lol as Terminator would say, I'LL BE BACK!!!

Best dispensary in Vancouver. Friendly staff and great owners! A large selection of curated products from craft and small batch growers! Worth checking it out to find new products and producers! Plus there are shop dogs! Pelambre, Albert and Ralph are the best.
