This is probably my favorite Ike’s location to shop at. Customer service is always on point! Leah & Holly were especially very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently.

Good selection and some decent prices, but I just had a pretty bad experience where the staff got me to come in over a faulty product with promise of a discounted replacement… only to not actually give me any discount. Wouldn’t recommend going here when there are so many other options, or at least if you do make sure to double check your budtender’s work. I bought a cart from them ~a week ago for $18 and it was good, but towards the very end started leaking oil badly. I figured no big deal, maybe it was a bad one or I accidentally let it fall down horizontally at some point. Purchased another one of the same brand on Christmas Eve for $18 that stopped pulling and began leaking oil earlier today despite me being especially careful, at about 1/3 of the tank left. I called Uncle Ike’s and they explained they couldn’t give me a refund or replacement as I’d thrown out the packaging (I understand this is state law but I would suggest that budtenders make this more clear to out of state ID customers, I only got a “bring it back within 10 days if you have an issue” at checkout). The lady very clearly said she’d give me a discount on a replacement if I bring the cart in. I do so, wait in line, and she (it’s the person I spoke to on the phone) brings me some other options. They’re all slightly more expensive (she mentions $22-27) but whatever, I don’t want to get the brand I’ve had issues with twice and she said she’d give me a 40% discount. I pick the cheaper option and she rings me up, it comes out to $22.50 which seems a bit strange but at this point I just want to go home and enjoy my Friday night. In the parking lot I check their site and realize that the “discounted” cart she sold me was already listed at $22.50 on their website and she never applied any sort of additional discount for my trouble. Thank you for tricking me into driving over and spending more money with you guys? I guess at least now I know you’ll lie about discounts to try and pacify customers who are already very calm and friendly lol. I really don’t understand why your employee would promise me a discount and get me to come in to your store, you probably could have kept my continued business by simply telling me that you wouldn’t do anything about the faulty cart… I even tipped her lmao.

The customer service at this location has consistently felt unprofessional and lacking in warmth. Based on my experiences, I believe that race has played a significant role in the absence of a welcoming atmosphere. As a result, I made the decision to stop visiting this establishment and do not intend to return in the future.

Dorian provides great service at the shop. He’s knowledgeable and he’s always patient when helping customers. I really appreciate how attentive and respectful he is. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.
