Been coming here for a while now. And noticed some of these one star reviews are honestly faked and overreacting. I been buying from them for almost a year now and would always have my ID incase they asked. I would be witness to entitled people forcing their way in, when clearly there is a sign that tells people to wait for them to let you in and to have your ID ready with extra signs around as it seems that this is a major problem. Other times when I will be inside looking at any new stuff and these entitle customers would talk to their friends that were turned away with no ID through the phone and asking them what they want (I would know cause I understand the language) which is a big no-no cause these friends could be underage and someone could lose there job and licence, he later left upset when told he can't buy for someone else. Another time was when another entitled customer not only did not have his ID but made a huge scene yelling at the manager and throwing racial accusations. Another time I was witness to a huge group waiting and blocking the entrance and unsurprisingly not but all didn't have there ID. Over all this place is super chill when you actually follow there one request of having your ID. It is just surprising how nasty people are willing to drop a review just because they failed to bring a simple piece of plastic that should be on your person at all times if you are going out somewhere that requires it.

Delaney was amazing! I’ve always had problems at dispensaries Because the employees weren’t very informative. That wasn’t the case with Delaney. Not only was she very informative, but she was also very friendly and inviting! will definitely come to this location again.

I was going to type the long details of what happened as to why I’m giving this place a 1 star but I don’t a want this place to occupy any more time in my head or hold on to my feelings of anger. So I’ll say it in a nutshell: RUDE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE LITERALLY EVER EXPERIENCED. The woman working today when I called at 2:15pm was the last person any business owner would want as an employee. She is nasty. Cut me off. Spoke over me. Hung up the phone on me. Didn’t want to listen to my question about an order I placed, paid for and was on my way to pick up. I called back after she tried to get rid of me and a nice guy picked up. He told me there was no problem with my order and it did in fact exist. In this economy you would think people be grateful to have a job and would do their best not to lose it. Not this woman. Must be related to or is a friend of the owner or management. IT IS BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. It was my first and last purchase here. I RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY.

The worst place in rexdale. I highly recommend people not going here as the staff doesnt know what customer service is and they are rude to their clients. Plus the herbs are always wack
