First of all, the entrance was really cool! They will have to check for your ID first then they will instruct how to get inside with the hidden door. So cool! Once you're inside, you'll be a bit overwhelmed if you're a newbie. But the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. And they have 40 percent discount for new customers! Love love this place! Definitely worth trying.

I honestly have to say that The Syndicate is operating one of the best if not the best shop in the Van Nuys area. Always clean, very cool decor and friendly staff. (From the security at the door to bud tenders in the back everyone is friendly and professional.) They have many, many options and different brands to choose from to fulfill your every 420 friendly desire. Go see for yourself. First time customers get 40% off they're first purchase. They also have a points system where you can earn points then redeem them for free stuff later.

Stopped it one of their other locations on a whim was treated very nicely great promotional discount for first time customers. Great product as well as great customer service 10 out of 10 would recommend. This will be my first stop at the Van Nuys location I expect that everything will be at the same standard or above.
