Happen to wander in on a Saturday night with a couple items in mind. Erica was a wonderful presence and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did Erica help me find the Puffco accessory I was looking for but also walked me thru multiple products I was curious about. Ultimately selected a great choice. Extremely happy with my purchases, will definitely return with hopes of having someone as knowledgeable as Erica help me again!

How're you going to have an ungodly bright store then tell people they can't wear sunglasses in your store? If I can't do anything to shield my eyes from the brightness, why shouldn't I just walk down the street to Ike's, where sunglasses have never been an issue. I'm not going to spend days with my doctor to get a note to enjoy the "privilege" of shopping at your shop when there's literally a shop next door to you.

Had an awesome experience last night at The Reef on Capitol Hill thanks to Miles. He's one of the friendliest bud tenders I’ve met. Instead of just pointing me toward whatever everyone else was buying, or pushing what was on sale, he actually listened to what kind of vibe I was going for and helped me land on the right stuff. The best part? Even though the shop was pretty busy, he stayed really attentive and never made me feel rushed. He broke things down in a way that was easy to follow and kept the whole experience chill and fun. If you go, ask for Miles! 👍

Miles was an awesome bud tender. IHe addressed my needs perfectly. I am visiting from Texas and love the stores ambiance and vibe. Lots of great products to choose from.
