Dog piss on the floor by reception, and the employee/manager kicked me out of the store while I was trying to ask if they take card. Very unprofessional and I felt very disrespected. (I dont think he actually understood what I was saying he just got triggered seemed to think I was trying to entrap him into doing something illegal, idk, I legit just wanted to ask a few questions, im not from here how am I supposed to know your dumb laws.)

I am writing to report a negative experience with the store manager on Jan 7 at 8:06 AM. Although I mistakenly parked in a restricted area, the manager’s response was unprofessional and confrontational. Rather than resolving the issue through standard de-escalation, his attitude was remarkably rude, even when I attempted to engage in a calm dialogue. Additionally, while the majority of your team is excellent, one specific salesperson is consistently impolite, which negatively impacts my shopping experience and frequency of purchase. I was also surprised to find no formal "complaint book" or internal feedback process available on-site. I suggest implementing customer service training for management to ensure that critiques are handled with professional poise rather than hostility. I have left my contact information with the front desk and look forward to your response.

Coming thru when I really needed it, Pig 'N Whistle delivered with a premium indoor 1/8th for $10 and being in a pinch currently, they provided me with the meds for the relief I much needed. I'm definitely coming back because I really felt that these people are here to help, and it's a great value. Thank goodness for ganja and The Pig 'N Whistle!

Great dispensary and very down to earth. Their selection is better than the shops down the street and they beat the prices too! Instead of focusing on branding and "lifestyle" marketing, these folks keep it about the medicine and I appreciate it 🙏 Please dont ever change!

I used to go there for years and they were good you'd always have to wait to go in because there was people always in there now you could walk right in and be the first person the quality of the weeds went down dramatically the quality of their wax is shit especially when you're selling it for $7 and you touch it and it sticks to your finger. when you see all the butane in it not even vacuumed and I didn't know that till I got home cuz some of the times they don't even let you look at the product much less smell it now they're letting me smell it but it's still garbage they're Cali joints are about the only thing that's good in there now that used to be bomb I think they're getting comfortable I don't know but I got to leave this review I'm really disappointed..
