I am in awe of the service and how kind they were with me!!! My partner loved them! I owe them!

Purchased a premium gracious lavender basket for $185 dollars. What the picture shows and what we received are very different! Tried to talk with staff and show them the picture and why I was upset with the difference and they just kept saying it’s the right measurements. It’s not about the measurements it’s about the half dead flowers and the amount of open space that should not be there. They stated they would add additional flowers for a price. I am not paying more for what I should have originally gotten. Very disappointed all around! Will never be back. I grew up with family that worked as florists I know it should be better.

I selected the custom design option and they did very well with my request for my mom's bday. My mom loved the flowers and it was so pretty. However,they added a butterfly to the bouquet,and in our culture sending a butterfly on a birthday is kind of taboo since the butterfly is associated with death/funerals. So my mom was a little shocked but it wasn't too big of a deal since it wasn't like I instructed them to do so. And I appreciate they were just giving it a nice design by adding th butterfly. But i think they should keep in mind when adding any creatures because it could be symbolic whether culturally or personally or ask the customer first.

My love bought me flowers as a gift from this shop today! I'm really pleased! They are so pretty & vibrant. Yellows, oranges, and plenty of greenery. He said the florist listened to his request & spent a long time arranging the bouquet with care. Gorgeous. *Update: It's been a few days since I was gifted the flowers, and they are even more vibrant than before. Added more pics as reference.

This is by far the absolute BEST florist I’ve ever used!!!!! I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday and they not only created the MOST beautiful arrangement but they kept me updated on the order and delivery every step of the way!! I’m old haha and this is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a florist!! My daughter called and said this was such a beautiful arrangement and she loved it. Thanks for helping this mom from Georgia make her daughter in Portland’s birthday special!!
