This place by far has the worse policy regarding who they accept in the doors prior to closing. I work at a dispensary and where I work we practice better customer service! Typical dispensary service during closing hours includes ppl being accepted until the final minute. Then whoever inside has the chance to order and who was left outside can’t purchase. Plain and simple. Being turned away 25 mins before y'all close is absolutely the poorest I’ve been treated as a patient to this day! Plenty of ppl turned away that could have had the chance to buy. I am a patient and this is not a smoke shop or gas station. Understand what’s important here. The excuses I got from “Ruby” was that they take an hour to clean that small shop! lol let’s be real. Shouldn’t take you guys more than 15-20 mins. Do better! Treat this as a patient facility nothing less

They email you Deals about Bogos and dnt honor them even if u show them exactly what it’s stated in the email bogo on Smoken promises brand I drove 35 mins and they wouldn’t honor it said only the 3.5 but my email does not state that in any form and the bags on the email for the 7g prepackaged bags. They keep mis leading and doing bad business on the marketing the manager was nice but definitely didn’t try to help me no diffuse a situation when a customer was being rude and interjected in my conversation with a bud tender that Had zero to do with them and I didn’t say one word to the customer until they spoke to me and they never once corrected the customer.

Price good… but! Major sacrifice of good cannabis. Not properly cured, cannabis is still “wet” doesn’t get you as or half of the benefits. I know I use to grow. Where ever this is coming from the proper checking process must for properly cured is not being met.

I stopped by for a special on 5 packs of their diamond-infused shorties but was told by the budtender the only deal was 2 for $55... it's a bummer they changed that because they were less before and they had higher testing strains than what's been available lately. The beverages are $8-10 more here than at every dispensary I've ever purchased them, and there were no good deals on drinks or edibles in comparison to competing dispensaries nearby. I ended up getting a couple of the single 100mg gummies for $7 each. I also purchased some good flower on a decent bogo deal. I spent around $150 and in the past received a gift for every $50, but this time I was offered just one regular old preroll. They were out of free carts but I'm still unable to comprehend how a preroll is the same value as the carts as free gifts.... and no tix for the claw machine this time, but no one ever gets anything out of there anyway. Overall, my experience here this time was roughly mediocre and I could have spent less elsewhere, which is more important than ever in these crazy times. We need to access our medication affordably!

THE loviest people ever! So helpful and welcoming. Absolutely the best place with great people, so unique and fun. They took the time to figure out what would be the best thing for me and has good deals. Highly recommend :]
