At the beginning of this journey, we set out to build a "club" in every sense of the word. An association of Sacramento-area people sharing a common interest in health, fitness, climbing, and the outdoors. As an indoor fitness facility, we seek to provide our members with an ideal environment for getting in shape, training for improvement, and finding your community.
