The Botanist

They had an item listed on sale on their website. I ordered it online and drove 20 minutes to go pick it up on my day off. I drove past several other dispensaries that I would have been more than happy to go to but came here expecting a good deal I found online. I get to checkout and they show me a completely different item. I tried to show the budtender what I ordered online but she didn't care at all. Basically told me tough luck and I can get the original items I ordered at full price. I probably won't ever come back here specifcally because of this. There are just too many other dispos to go to in Columbus. Update: I spoke with a gentleman over the phone who claimed they would honor their mistake of the mislisting online. I came back to the store to be told by a manager that this isn't their problem and I should have been able to read the description of the item. I kindly informed her there are tons of people in Columbus who might not be able to read well (poor eyesight, lack of education, etc) or have English as a second language so what about those people. The manager said "Doesn't matter they should be able to read." Highly disappointed in The Botanist for pulling me back and forth. Then ultimately telling me that a problem they created is now my problem. And if I want to order at full price I can.

Amazing experience. Informative and professional! I learned so much, I walked in to learn and I felt welcomed properly! If you are Lucky (Meagan )might be there, she's a 💎 gem, she really stepped forward with her great energy !!! A safe space is here, judgement free and the variety will bring you back ✨️ The whole team has great attitudes and are cool unique individuals 😊

This has been my loyal place since they opened. The actual staff have been helpful and kind. However, they allow their head of security to be rude and very intimidating. This is not the first time with person. I am 63, 5'4" female and don't feel I am threatening at all. I spoke to the manager before I left. Then as I was left and looked into the entrance, there they all were having a good laugh. I think it's time to move on.

Awesome little place! Highly recommend if you’re traveling through the area, the staff is so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the lovely goth lady (I didn’t get her name but she was so nice!) helping me pick out my stuff and Jillian I think was the other girls name but she got our stuff together for us and explained everything really thoroughly at check out. Everything was so streamlined and professional and still laid back. 10/10 I will be back if I’m ever in the Columbus area again.

Since our state has become recreational the service has gotten way better. The parking is still an issue but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ethan was a big help. The prices are fair for what you get but I wish they had a better reward program. Overall give them a try.
