Twice i have worked with Ella at this store. Her customer service and friendly vibes made it very nice to interact with. Amazing store to visit with all staff overall but Ella rocked it this week-- thank you. M

Andre was amazing not only did he look and help me fit my price range. I wasn’t even able to afford a tip and he was completely understanding and beyond nice if I could recommend anyone to go to this weed shop, it would be everyone.

I have been a regular customer, and I must say that the quality of customer service from some of your female staff has been very disappointing. They are not helpful with questions and don't offer a smile, which can sometimes come across as rudeness. They definitely need better training in customer service—they are there to guide customers and help them make good decisions that meet their needs, but it often feels like we’re bothering them during their time off or something like that.

I come cross with this store just yesterday. I have to say first of all Mr ARYAN here doing great work. One of the best budtender I have ever seen. Ask him about what is cannabis? His favourites? Not a salesman, your friends friend😉A real 5 star stoner. Knows the codes. I am glad that this gentleman is in the industry!
