UPDATE: The owner made things right, and I greatly appreciate it. I'm back as a returning customer, and like always, Ronny has been amazing :). I feel like if Ronny was working the day this all occurred, it would have never escalated to the point that it did, and there wouldn't have been an issue in the first place. So thanks again to the owner for making this right and to Ronny for being a rockstar employee. I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I have been a loyal and consistent customer for quite some time, often spending between $40 and $50 per visit and recently over $100 in a single purchase. I have always appreciated the staff and chosen this shop specifically because it is one of the few that carries the only nic salt I use. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my perception of this business. During that $100+ visit, I was sold a defective torch. The igniter stopped working almost immediately, and the gas adjustment knob had to be turned to the maximum just to release any gas — which is not only defective but also extremely unsafe. This occurred the same night I purchased it. When I returned less than a week later, I brought the torch in its original box with every single piece of packaging and the receipt. I clearly explained the issue and expected a simple exchange for a functioning, safe product. Instead, I was given two conflicting explanations as to why the item could not be replaced. I was initially offered 30% off, which then changed to a $5 discount if I wanted to buy another torch — effectively asking me to spend more money on something that could very well be faulty again. This response was unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of accountability. A reputable business would have handled this responsibly by contacting the manufacturer for a replacement or standing behind their own sale, especially given the safety risk. Instead, they chose to lose a loyal customer over a straightforward, reasonable request. It is truly disappointing that Superior Smoke Glass and Vape would prioritize avoiding a minor exchange over maintaining the trust and loyalty of a long-term customer. While I regret having to find a new vape shop for my regular purchases, I cannot continue to support a business that dismisses legitimate concerns and fails to uphold basic customer service standards.

I love this place, the employees here give the best customer service. I enjoy the variety as well! I actually drive out of my way to get it from there!

Had a great trip - they had what I needed (a battery wax vape pen) and at a very fair price. The person who helped was knowledgable and friendly. Good vibes and products.
