This place was great. I was a first time patient and they made it real easy for me. They were one of the only offices to call me back and got me in the next morning. In and out in 45 mins-1hr Everyone was super nice. I’m not sure why this place isn’t rated higher to be honest. I highly recommend.

It starts with an easy online appointment request, that is followed by a easy to follow welcome guide to prepare you for your visit. Upon arrival, don’t expect to be waiting around because their staff is incredibly efficient. You will then be seen by their Doctors to ensure you get the treatment you need. After that, the true magic happens. A member of their staff, Vanessa, acts a personal concierge to process your application with the state while simultaneously answer all of your questions as well as educate you sooo much. You just have to sit back and relax while she takes care of you with incredible efficiency and professionalism. All of the little extra steps that Sun Valley Health take are what make the difference and it blows my mind how they can do all of this for sooo cheap. I don’t think there is a single thing they could do better.

Don’t waste your time. They don’t call back, they don’t respond to emails. I needed clarification on something and they never bothered to respond after leaving two voice mails and sending one email, I never heard back from them. I got a free certification card to sun valley from a dispensary I frequent after building up points. I bet they don’t renew their agreement with these incompetent certifiers.
