I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Christine. I came in with clear, realistic expectations: natural-looking highlights with face-framing money pieces and an overall ashy tone. What I received instead was a bleach treatment that lacked any dimension or contrast—no highlights, no face-framing, and no ashiness. The result was not only far from what I asked for, but also severely damaging to my hair.<br><br>To make matters worse, I also asked for just a one-inch trim, but my hair was cut significantly shorter than requested. Considering the high cost of the service, none of my requests were met, and I’m left with long-term damage and a result that was the complete opposite of what I wanted.

Christine was great! She did an amazing job on my hair. Love it! Also, it was easy to make an appointment via text and the shop is super cozy and nice.
