This place is a good place to buy stuff .😉 Pros: 1. The customer service is exceptional! (99% of the staff are really friendly.) 2. I’ve never had any problems on my orders. 3. The Medical Mondays 30% off helps out tremendously! 4. Parking is NEVER a problem. (Lakewood) 5. The pre-order and Medical lines are great for people that can’t stand long or just have other factors that they need to get in and out. (I get it) 6. The store is always clean inside and out. 7. The prices are really competitive vs. the competitors. (This will improve as more vendors join the community.) 8. The bathrooms are always clean. That’s amazing in itself! 9. The staff is incredibly cool, and when it comes to changing orders on the fly, they are really cool. 10. There’s an on-site ATM for those who didn’t bring enough cash like me, only to use it and get scolded by the ole wife about atm fees!!!! Totally worth it lol! Cons: 1. Turning left across Brook Park Road can be dangerous for SOME people, as the curb lane doesn’t always provide enough visibility. They don’t see you! I’ve personally picked up usable auto parts from wrecks there. 2. The mobile app has some issues, but I know it’s a work in progress after speaking with Amelia. . It’ll be better soon, I’m sure. However, I suggest removing the “FIND YOUR STRAIN” banner or whatever it’s reads because it drives app users crazy. 3. Lastly, a drive-through would be cool and I say that only because sometimes I have my dog. That’s it for the cons. Overall, I’d say this place great! I now have more options in my area, and some are slightly closer. However, to be honest, I go to STORY 90% of the time when I’m shopping and buying because of the awesome staff and atmosphere. It’s a rare experience to find happy and helpful workers, and it makes a big difference in my shopping for something happy.😉 Thank you for serving our area. *****This is an unbiased review from a live human being. Lauryn H was very nice and helpful! She greeted me with a smile and was able to get me registered as a new customer quickly. Everyone else was so nice & helpful as well. Great atmosphere. And I like the small coziness of the place. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Story time! First and foremost the unassuming door to a beautiful little dispo. I did not know what exactly to expect upon entering but I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s an open floor plan when you walk in, no vestibule like most dispo’s have around. Which I for some odd reason liked more. It just felt more organic and “homey” inside than other places around. The service from the person at the door who checks you in to the budtender who dispenses your sweet sweet medicine was VERY friendly, welcoming, and professional. And last but not least the prices and quality. The prices for me personally because I’m a veteran cannot be beaten in the area as far as I’ve come across. The quality is there because they have a wide range of products from different suppliers. Picked up two Josh D motorbreath from Klutch at this dispo. One of my all time favorite strains. This dispo nails every checkbox I can throw at it, distance from my home, prices, and selection. Cheers guys, you deserve it!

Excellent service and recommendations, I (like a noob) didn’t check the location for my online order (my order was for a diff location). He found and recommended me some great comparable products all of which are excellent recommendations. He also got my veterans discount included to my profile at the store, which was awesome and appreciated. Any time I’m in Cleveland, I’ll be back to this place. It’s earned my loyalty for sure.

This place passes the vibe check! From the security greeting, kind smiles, to my amazing budtender. We had a few giggles, as my order was a pre-order and ready to rock and roll - she took the spare time to compliment my choices and remind me of an upcoming sale that I would likely enjoy! 10/10 highly recommend you visit!
