I don’t usually write reviews, but Serena definitely deserves one. I came in not totally sure what I wanted, and she honestly made the whole process so easy. She asked a few simple questions about what I was looking for, and you could tell she really knew her products — not in a pushy way, just super helpful and down-to-earth. She showed me a couple different options, explained the effects in a way that actually made sense, and helped me narrow it down without overwhelming me. I ended up leaving with something that was perfect for what I needed, and it was all thanks to her guidance. Serena has a great personality and just made the whole experience comfortable and relaxed.
