Stash & Co

Update: store closed. Should really take the listing off of google. I've been shopping around the past few months and would say Stash & Co offers the cheapest prices in the city. Great deals and great customer service. My go to place in Ottawa. Would be great if they offered curbside pickup so you don't have to wait behind shopping customers. Also discounts on cannabis products for loyal customers would be a plus.

This place hasn’t been opened for a while, you’d think they would have done the smart thing and changed the hours of operation. I don’t understand why this store closed?? All the staff there were absolutely amazing! Great customer service and recommendations! I won’t be going to any other Stash & Co, the staff did not deserve to be treated this way and neither do the customers.

Gotta love a business that states they’re always operational online but never actually are when you arrive in person. Little business advice, if you’re going to advertise that your hours of operation are from 10am to 10pm, your store front should be accessible between those hours… if there are any deviations in your schedule, you should at least have the courtesy of leaving a note on the door or online stating such. This is the 5th and last time I commute 20minutes to a store that has good customer service but such poor management/operational skills.

I have been to various dispensaries around the city and this one is hands down my favourite that I've shopped at. All the employees have been very nice and really seem to know their products, and they get to know what each customer really wants. They do seem to have a regular customer base as I always walk in and a customer and employee are always chatting and laughing. Their daily deals are pretty great too. Thanks for being so great!

Walked in to do a purchase, and the employee at the cash was laughing and joking with another customer, possibly another employee about how one of them got a bad review on here … we’ll, here comes another one. This staff member clearly deserved her last review, as her attitude is disgusting. Learn the products you carry, and actually do your job. Stash, you need to do some customer service training on this employee because these stores are a dime a dozen and your only saving grace from people going to your competition is customer experience, which you are lacking HARD in.
