Delanl was really good at recommending the best stuff they have, he has a lot of knowledge. There were at least 8 customers there plus bunch of online orders and he was speaking to all the customers there, telling us how much time we will expect to get our stuff ready. He also encouraged some of us to order through the tablets there, and he was constantly talking to all the customers and recommending best sellers. Definitely coming back again!

This dispensary is offering a shitty customer service, bud tender guy was rude and not cooperative. products are way more expensive than other dispensaries around the city. Please don’t ruin your day by visiting this location guys

Just tried to call the store to let them know that their Uber eats menu and their store website isn't matching. My debit card on most sites for some reason won't recognize it as a Visa debit. But with Uber eats they have. I couldn't even get through my sentence before the man on the phone interrupted quite snappy. "So why don't you order from our site then?" Putting customers on the spot like that when they are inquiring about product. I felt on the spot so I just kinda of said something along the lines of that the price minimum wasn't the same. I panicked, what can I say he put me on the spot in a confrontational way. I don't need to offer up an explanation as to why I'm using one purchasing avenue over another. So I told them after he corrected me, again rudely, that I was just trying to let them know that it wasn't accurate... and while writing this review the store has called me (again putting me on the spot, I have bad anxiety) and also left a voice-mail. This is very anxiety inducing. I would say it was anxiety inducing, but now I dont even feel comfortable going to their location. To now update you guys, I tried to call him back the "owner". And when I said who he was I told him I had written a google review. Before AGAIN, without finishing my sentence he got extremely combative and was literally screaming on the phone. Had to hold it away from my face it was very panic inducing. What kind of owner doesn't let a long time customer even explain what happened not 5 minutes earlier and when I asked if I could finally finish a sentence, he literally said, and I quote, "ACTUALLY, NO YOU CANNOT. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO LEAVE A REVIEW. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO WRITE A REVIEW? TALK TO A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?! (by now I'm holding the phone far from my face because what customer wants to be screamed at? And of course, like the angry man he showed himself to be he hung up on me. I barely got a sentence in before the "owner" scream a Monologue At me and then hangs up. I will be screenshotting my review in case the store deletes it and honestly at this point I'm going to look high up. As a former bud tender, I know even a franchise owner has someone to report to. Cheers! Response: so sad that a customer wanting to order product was demeaning to you. I talked reasonably until you became aggravated over me not wanting to use your store site. If this location is a good as you clearly seem to think it is, wouldn't all ordering avenues be consistent?

Absolute cinema. Come here every time, the staff are super experienced and know their stuff forsure! Shoutout to Clifford and Tania both experts 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 also best selection deals and vibes in the city

Went in yesterday to grab a few prerolls was not a great atmosphere and bud tender was less than helpful. Also was not aware of any loyalty programs or at least was not asked or made aware. Prices are steep so a loyalty program would probably help with that. Staff with personality or at least some essence of wanting to help or do their job would also be beneficial for repeat business. Not returning
