I had the pleasure of meeting Vincent today. He helped me to choose a wonderful. Disposable vape and a fabulous priro. Not being very experienced with these things. I required some teachings. Teachings and patients. Vincent was very knowledgeable. Explain everything to me with patience.And I ended up leaving a very happy customer.Thank you, Vincent, wonderful store.Wonderful options very cleand street parking available

Really fantastic customer service here. I went in not knowing what to buy and a little concerned that I'd get something too strong for me. But the guy at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through what might be best for me. Highly recommend shopping here if you can.

I have always liked the staff there, I am fairly new to this so they are always very helpful with recommendations and explaining everything. Today I went in, I thought I knew what I wanted. I ordered it and when I did realize that it wasn't i asked the employee if I can change it but just got a blank stare that made me feel uncomfortable. I told her that it was 100% my fault and I just want to switch the product. She made sure to tell me again that of course it was not her fault and still acted like what I was asking us a big inconvenience. She half-heartedly started walking to the back of the store to get me what I want but at that point I felt like such an inconvenience to her that I told her to just forget about it "because I don't want it to be such a hassle". I thanked her and left visibly irritated. Despite this interaction I still think for the most part, the place is great but I still hope that this interaction gets addressed in the hopes of making future visits for me and others better.

My favourite spot to hit up a few times a week. Vince and the girl that work there are my favourite budtenders and always come in for the clutch. The staff know the product well and always have good recommendations. Its my home away from home and my main go to store in The city

Great dispensary and the customer service was excellent! Their budtender (young pretty girl) had lots of knowledge and was able to answer all my questions! Will definitely be returning 😁
