I am writing this review to share my deeply troubling experience with SLC aesthetic clinic in Bangkok. I trusted this company, only to be deceived in the most appalling way. SLC has proven to be unreliable, insincere, and corrupt, with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They are illegally withholding my money. I initially sought a fat reduction and skin tightening procedure based on an online consultation. I was assured that the treatment would work for me, but I was required to pay the full amount before even meeting my doctor or assessing my condition in person. When the doctor evaluated my situation, he stated that the proposed J-Plasma procedure wouldn’t work for my skin. After this revelation, I requested a refund of my 158,000 THB, as I was promised treatment that was no longer available. Instead of processing my refund, they informed me that they would deduct 12,000 THB simply because the doctor was present, which felt both disingenuous and unfair. I reluctantly agreed, hoping to recover at least part of my money from this fraudulent company. They assured me that my refund would be processed within one to two weeks. Two weeks passed with no progress, and I was told to sign additional paperwork and wait another two weeks. Once again, I waited without any update, only to hear that the finance department had denied my refund and wanted to deduct even more money because I had paid with a credit card. However, I had paid the full amount using a debit card! This excuse was utterly ridiculous and just another tactic to delay the process. I am now seeking legal assistance and strongly urge everyone to be cautious of this unprofessional and corrupt company in Thailand. My experience has caused me significant stress and trauma, and I hope to warn others before they face similar issues.

Very bad appointment management. The hospital just wanted to pack in as many potential customers as possible without respecting customers’ time. Admin told me to arrive at specific time. When arrived, the staff said there were 20 people still waiting, which would take more than 2 hr. Lobby/waiting area was so packed, not unlike bus terminals. Overall, bad impression to start with. At this price, you can get better services somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience here. My gf who spent well over 10 million baht with them was supposed to get free laser treatment for a year. They will not honor what they promised. I came here to get filler but because of how they treated her we both left. I would not recommend them. I am all about positive energy and that was negative energy. We asked for the manager to honor what they said and he was not available. Do yourself favor and not waste your time with them. They just want your money

I had Blepharoplasy double eyelid surgery and nose job Rinoplasty all Having Side affect and botch , I Regret for life my eye Burn and dry, my life go to hell , Dr Sivat Luan Raksa I will remember ur name before surgery I was suppose to notice something but I don’t I was asking the doctor if my nose silicone move after surgery what to do Tge Doctor Answer is “ u just push it to where the it suppose to locate it back “ I had remove my nose silicon right the way My eye is burn and dry , Doctor or nurse won’t Respond to ur message , they’re ghost u only get money out from ur pocket I almost die after my surgery done Please Don’t go there Plastic surgery is not an option U are beautiful the way you are, don’t let people took the money from u and hurt u like me.

Ms. Kate, my consultant and schedule coordinator, demonstrated a high level of professionalism by providing comprehensive information throughout the pre-operative and post-operative phases and maintaining follow-up communication after the procedure. The entire staff attended to my needs with professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience during my visit to the facility.
