Really nice bud tender, the location is convenient and they've got a drive through window which is kinda cool ... I'm docking them 1 start for having a somewhat narrow inventory. Not bad, just not enough variety for me. That said, what they did have was competitively priced and I'm sure I'll return.

Usually have great service but last time I went the bud-tender was in no mood to serve, poor attitude and rushed me out so fast. I barely knew what I bought and felt like I was bothering her. I'm never one to complain but her attitude needed a serious check.

The first few visits I had decent service. But this last time the girl who served me was awful. She was rude and not helpful at all. I’ve decided to go elsewhere. I’m happy to discuss in private this particular employee. She assumed I didn’t want any thc. And was rude about the protocols of me looking at the ingredients. I am new to buying these products and didn’t know I couldn’t hold the package. She literally was grabbing it so I couldn’t pick it up and rudely said “ I’m reading it to you” If she had explained the protocol I would have understood but you have other products on counter. So wasn’t aware I couldn’t touch the gummies until sold. I also felt like a burden in your store. Also I only buy gummies for insomnia and often the selection is lacking Other staff have been good. ( hence the 2 stars ) Just this one turned me off to go elsewhere. As a 58 yrs old buying in the middle of the day I don’t need to be treated like a criminal. I’m not going to run out the door with a $7 bag of 2 mg thc gummies.

I've been a customer here for about 4 month's and never had a problem until today. The lady running the cash (pretty sure she's the owner) was over the top rude and as a regular made me never want come back and I probably never will. There are so many dispensaries in Ottawa that it's really not that hard to find a good place. Avoid this one , clearly they don't care about people.

Friendly helpful staff, I was given some swag which was the first for any store in Ottawa I've ever visited. Cute socks! The drive thru is great and about time someone did this. Best to place your order online before you go or even on the way there if you are not driving yourself but if not you can order right there and it's ready in about 2 minutes so either way it is quick!
