I went into this location yesterday, and was shocked at how dirty it was. Dust and dead bugs in display cabinets, the tablet was so dirty and smudged it looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. The greasy hand prints everywhere were gnarly. The budtender didn't listen to my request at all and kept trying to push the opposite product on me that I was looking for. Overall the experience left me feeling like I wanted to go home and shower, so I left buying nothing ,and went up the road to High Ties instead. Really disappointing Shinybuds. Usually your dispensaries are my preferred,but that was shockingly gross.

In JUNE - an online payment was processed after I was informed it was cancelled upon processing an in store payment. It is now AUGUST and I have yet to get in touch with ANY manager as “in tomorrow” is always the excuse. I have gone in store twice and sent 3 emails without any response. Most unacceptable and annoying business practice I had yet experience.

Always a pleasure, the staff is very nice and helpful and the shop is well stocked. They have members (free membership) discounts when you shop in person, make sure to ask since it changes sometimes and is limited to certain brands.

Super rude, paid for an order online using my wife’s name and DOB and then she went to pick it up and they refused to give her the order regardless of her showing ID with the same name and correct DOB. My wife then had to drive back home to get my debit card wasting time and gas when they could’ve just spoke to me on the phone or allowed me to send a picture of the card. Not to mention the lady was extremely rude and snippy with her. Will not be doing business here again. Highly suggest driving 2 minutes further to the high ties (cheaper prices, better service and overall more common sense). Not happy.

Prices are way over others in the same market. Purple Monkey pax pod at 40.99 same one at "one plant" for 29.99. I dont know if you price match, but it would be good for your customer. Unfortunately will be buying somewhere else.
