This place used to be the best, but it’s a bit of a mixed bag lately (October 2025). There are two issues that are pulling down the rating for me: 1) inconsistent quality 2) poorly implemented loyalty program The quality of the “easy ounces” used to be pretty consistently high. They were growing their own supply. But sometimes lately they are substituting potent, but low quality, outdoor that smokes like ish and has kind of a downer buzz. The employees are really bad about crediting your loyalty points. You only get them about half of the time, or less. I emailed management about it months ago, but they didn’t respond and nothing changed. They appear to have been bought out by another company, so I’m skeptical about the quality going forward.

When you were trying on shirts, he patiently helped you find the perfect fit and was more than willing to show you multiple options until you found the ones you wanted. He never seemed annoyed or frustrated, and his positive attitude made the experience all the more enjoyable.
