I was sold a defective pod for my nictonine vape. Came back to the store less than 24 hours later with the full package to ask for a "refund" or a replacement (was fine with either). As they do not refund those products, I asked for a replacement and they refused. I understand that businesses are not obligated to accept the return of purchased goods, but some do to foster good customer relations (something seven points clearly does not know how to do). I was told to contact the vape production company... I also was told I should have tested the vape in the store, ironic considering they have a sign stating "NO VAPING"... Interesting way of handling things: selling a defective product and blaming the customer... Really disappointed with customer service considering I used to be a loyal customer. Happy to never come back!

Bought a vape, didn’t work, and then wouldn’t return my money or nothing the next day. Then told me I should have tried it in the store where there is no vaping signs all over the place. This place has horrible customer service don’t buy from here

The plug way better.. I was about to spend $70 and I had an open beer… right when I was about to pay… the trans purple dinosaur told me they cannot serve me… ok, well the plug will gladly take my money.. never going back
