I was hopeful with this program possibilities but was devastated when Gaye Harris and Intake coordinator Joeann Randall breached confidentiality and misused my emergency contact. They determined my eligibility despite not having my developmental records. I was hoping they could bridge my care with necessary support but it became a pay to play corruption scheme -- Joeann literally called my Learning Disability contract "collateral" term bankers use

This Regional Center has fought against providing my son with severe autism and epilepsy much needed protective support services for many years. As a result, we've had to take this Regional Center to several Fair Hearings (Administrative Law Hearings.) It's been hell. So much stress for such obviously needed services and supports, even documented by their own professionals. Just so sad how hard we had to fight for what was always known that my son needed. Thankfully, there are some good service coordinators and program mangers with good hearts who have made this terribly stressful journey hopeful and have advocated for my son when so many others in higher positions went against him. Those are the angels and silent advocates inside regional centers that we must not forget exist.

My daughter has been a regional center client 37 years. The help and care they give have given over the years is amazing. We could not have navigated the complex system for disabled children with out them.

Regional Center ( Katie Mills) has been such an amazing person to work with. She has always made me feel like I can call her with any questions. She really has shown compassion and professionalism throughout my dealings with her. I do not know if you can request a case manager but if you can. Ask for her! You will not be disappointed!
