I've been to quite a few dispensaries, and while some of them make me feel intimidated (even as a daily smoker), I have never felt more understood than at Sativa Bliss. When I come in, even if I have no clue what I want, staff help me find the perfect strain, especially Zion. They have so much knowledge about the product that it's like having my own personal shopper.

Best cannabis shop in town ! Sativa bliss has a great selection and Variety! The staff are very knowledgeable and personable ( which is hard to come by ) . All in all a great shop that I have always referred my friends and family to when they are looking for their cannabis needs .

Seriously the best we have in Kitchener , The most comfortable place you could go to in the city if you're experienced or a beginner or even just looking to ask questions the staff here is amazing and I love coming to see the staff homies it's just as much fun as using there products. And the shop is beautiful compared to most you walk into that are usually small and boxy and a bit temporary but Sativa bliss actually looks like a shop here to stay. They got it all displayed nice , Nice menu screens , DEALS! And as an experienced smoker there products are spot on and they have something for everyone here worth every cent sometimes you feel like you got more than you should have and that's a great way to treat customers. 10/10

Jay has always been super friendly and helpful, I've never had a complaint about this store. All questions are answered with friendly professionalism and the environment is always chill.
