Update: no other dispensary rivals their deals, whole store on sale. Friendly bud tender, excellent customer service! Need to honor Leafly pickup totals. I was charged $5 more today than what was due per Leafly. It's kind of a good problem, they have multiple discounts, but honor the price you charge.

Satchel is tight. I’ve been coming here for years and had excellent budtenders every time and I usually put a budtender through their paces. I don’t come in knowing the names of anything, but strictly on vibes. 🥰 Every time, with every person I’ve ever worked with, has met my silly little challenges with awesome recs. I love living in a place where I can be like, “yo get me $20 worth of something that feels like a Friday night/wont give me anxiety/still leaves me capable/is good for chores/makes me forget my customer service job.” And through and through, a sweet gruff guy with a gray beard who gives vibes like he’d complain about chaperoning his kids middle school dance, but secretly be having the time of his life, heckin delivers. Thanks for hiring our people, fellow Stoney bolognas who are here to follow common sense laws and get the people what they need, keep it up.

I love this place and I’ve been coming here for years now. Gotta leave a special note for Thomas, he is the bomb.com. I always feel confident about the deals I’m getting and feel the big brother energy from this guy! But everyone at satchel is great :)

What happened to all the nice bud tenders here? I’ve been coming here for years with no issues but the last few times I’ve gone it’s been angry grey beard guy. I don’t want to do business with rude and unprofessional people who hate their job and want to make it everyone else’s problem. We won’t be back.

Satchel is superb! Great selection and flavor profiles. - I'm a long time medical who hasn't cared a lot about flavors until visiting Satchel. ...even just today, Tim (I think) helped me pick an amazing lemon hybrid flour that doesn't even disgust my wife like all the other stuff usually does, lol! Great staff, great service, truly a Portland gem! Highly recommend!
