The best service on The Hill, hands down. I went in there last night for the first time and got such a great selection of blunts. Both the guys working were really helpful and asked all the right questions. Will be making this my store from now on. Thanks!

Things have changed. I've been going to Ruckus for a few years now and recently a lot seems to be happening. Lots of good budtenders disappearing, the staff recommendation shelf is gone, and thats where I made a lot of my picks, the vibe is more rushed than friendly. When I see my favorite people leaving my favorite places I wonder how they're being treated, and I wonder what happened to the staff here lately. Might be time to look elsewhere.

I’ve been smoking marijuana for over 10 years all over Washington and this is by far the best store ever! The staff are all awesome, very helpful and friendly! The deals are great, HAPPY HOUR DAILY at open and close. Even if the other stores nearby have “better deals” some days I’d 100% spend more every time just for the amazing customer service compared to others!

i visited today from out of town and was blown away by the kindness and knowledge of the two guys working behind the counter! they made some amazing recommendations and got me exactly what I needed. the quality of the flower I picked up is phenomenal 🤩 i’m going to be daydreaming about this place until I come back to seattle! thank you!
