This place has terrible customer service. The owner is not friendly. I actually thought I was being helped by an employee because of the lack of friendliness, but it turned out it was the owner.

Lack good customer service, and their products are absolutely horrible. No system and the girl that served me was just outright lazy. I was looking for advice and she dismissed what i was looking for. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Walking in there was no one to great us. We stood and waited for about 10-15 mins waiting to be acknowledged. When we finally got acknowledged we were simply just told to wait there…no biggie it gave us time to scan the room seeing what’s available. We got welcomed in and was helped by Kenia we got some flower and she says oh well since it’s your first time in our store and your visiting out of state let me give you some prerolls she grabbed one of her choosing and we asked about tax she said of state tax. Now I’m my receipt we got charged for the pre rolls that she “gifted” and we got taxed twice! Had I know I’d be paying for the prerolls I would’ve bought more and liked to have picked them out. She seemed to be just doing her job not offering actual customer service. She couldn’t answer the backs questions failed to inform us she wasn’t gifting but adding something on our bill. Overall not the best experience by far. I wish there was a better service and selection in the products they had to offer. I wish I could’ve had a better experience because the product we picked up was great but the experience made it not worth trying again.

The customer service was great. Very knowledgeable staff, yes I tested them just like if this was a house being bought. They answered all my questions with confidence and correctly. Good selection good vibes great experience!
