Front desk check in was seamless and professional. Terrence took great care to guide me through the store and make great recommendations based on my preferences. He clearly knows his stuff! He even invited me to check out the lounge, which was such a vibe! I didn’t even know there was a lounge so close to me. Will definitely be back!

Super cool staff. Security is there but low key. Great online express service. Prices are average. Lots of lower cost options as well as top-shelf products. My new favorite dispensary.

Staff are so friendly and laid back! Terrence helped me put my order together, and when I mentioned I had a cart melt into my vape battery he even took time to look at it and give me his opinion on if it was salvageable lol. Then while I was paying for my order, I guess he told another staff about my battery issue bc she (Ani?) asked if she could try and clean the wax off and took it back and returned it all clean and new! I know they don't repair gear as part of their services but that was above and beyond what I expected and I am so appreciative. And I love Root'd's values and how they label products that are women-owned, lgbtq-owned, etc.

This is my happy place. I have been going here a little over two years and when I say each and every staff member have been out standing and make you just want to keep coming back because this is truly a happy place however, this morning I was very disappointed by a new staff member that had a very nasty attitude! I would just like to go on here and say that this establishment does not hire rude people especially women with a bad and bougie attitude. I’m not sure who coached But I think it needs to be brought to the attention to the managers immediately before another young black woman get treated rudely by another black woman! I have never had this experience in the past again. This is my happy place. I would like for you to continue to be my happy place but the young lady needs to be coached on having a better attitude. After experiencing her terrible attitude, I’m not sure if I will be coming back to the establishment, which is sad because I come across people every day and tell them the joys of being in the place because it brings me joy a great community of diverseness always Always friendly workers but not this morning with this young lady maybe this job was overwhelming for her again she needs to be coached, but I’m not sure if you can coach someone how to be happy and positive and send off good energy

Great selection, beautiful space, helpful & knowledge staff. Love that the products are all on display. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
