Probably one of the most unwelcoming environments I have ever stepped into. Prices are wild, recommendations always miss, seems they care more about their aesthetic than their customers.

I was at the strip mall in Kanata a few weeks ago and i decided to stop at this Cannabis location to see if they had any different drinks and edibles. The girls that was on shift that evening were not very welcoming it was a cold ambiance. I would not recommend this place if you want a great customer service come in Hawkesbury at Shiny Bud. I honnestly thought that the customer service would of been cool and you knoe when you enter a store any store you feel welcome.. Employees greet you with a smile as soon as you enter the store.. First impression matters I will not go back or send any customers your way unfortunately when you feel the way I felt when i entered the store you won't go again.
