Matthew provided outstanding customer service. The store was very busy, but Matthew remembered me as a returning customer after not being in the store for a while and that made me feel well come and appreciated and definitely makes me want to return to the store again. Thank for being awesome Matthew!

This place is always so nice and smells great. Went there today and let me say the person who helped me. Kelsee was AAAMAZING. She was kind and patient in knowledgeable lol she actually taught me something. Would recommend this establishment to anybody also would recommend that her bosses give her a raise 😊

I love being able to browse the products here without the pressure of a budtender waiting on me to pick something so they can get the next customer. I like to look at my options and read the labels and stuff, and I don’t really feel like I can do that at traditional dispo’s where the product is behind the counter. Even doing online orders is a good experience. I had an issue with my id that I had to fix before they could fill the order, but they resolved it immediately and the cashier shopped the order right then. It was all a very fast experience despite it being very busy in the store. The other cashier diffused an angry customer with her speedy and kind service, I was very impressed- I thought he was about to go angry male Karen. Other bonus- I love the landscaping and little garden they have out front. It smells great and gives nice, peaceful vibes 🥰

It was my first time visiting Perfect Union. Had an awesome experience & a great time. Matthew (Budtender) was so polite & friendly & very helpful; answered all questions I had. He is a top rate human. There was another very helpful, friendly person named Edward; who was representing Dabwoods brand & provided information about their products. I must say, every person I interacted with was so happy and friendly. I really can’t wait to go back again.

Went into the El Camino location. Such pretty flowers outside..! Great to see a food collection area for those in need… especially with the EBT benefits being held back.. —I asked for help as soon as I walked in and Miles jumped right in! I asked about gummy’s and he covered all the bases thoroughly. He had a cute sense of humour. Made it a great experience, and I am old!
