I went in recently after calling in with some questions about a product. James helped me over the phone quite a bit and held a product for me. When I came in we discussed it further and he gave me some really good insights, it was the product I wanted at an excellent price and this is the best service I've received. And I took a look at the website at some other products I buy and they are at a very reasonable if not cheaper price than what I thought was the cheapest. My new spot for sure. 5 star service.

So I bought animal runtz from this location. Great strain only its cheaper by $10 on the hfoz at cannacabana down the street at bathurst and steeles and the customer service is much nicer. They don't need price matching because their prices are better...

Noah was amazing! I went in looking for a specific strain and although they didn't have it, Noah took the time to explain a few options that would be closest to the one I was looking for. I bought 2 different kinds (and at a better price than the strain I was originally looking for) and they were both exactly what I was looking for. He really knows his stuff and has secured a new customer for life!
