Connie delivered my order in a timely manner and followed my directions perfectly. She allowed me time to check my order to be sure it was correct, which of course, it was. Her manner and appearance were friendly and professional. Connie provided excellent customer service and should be acknowledged for it.

Sage is the cutest and most helpful young lady. She has beautiful piercing that are quite stunning. She is kind and she is an angel she is so cute. She helped me with a call center matter. Archie was being mean to me and tried to flip the script on me. They know I have never been rude to nobody at all never. That is not my style at all. I got class for myself and cool people. Sage thank you dear.Nick is cool in the call center. My go to guy for herb. I live them.

Great customer service, staff and nice place; although, I didn't find the kanha nano product I was looking for, it said it was available on their website, only to find out this location had very few kanha products available and only had sleep nano. I did go with the heavy hitter which they did have alternatives. This is a place to go to if you're not too selective or picky.

Prices are great, staff and managers in-house are awesome, my son and I are very loyal customers. Very rarely would we get Cannabis somewhere else because we're happy for the most part. I did take 1* this is why - PLEASE, PLEASE get your WEBSITE FIXED. I don't remember the last time I was able to finish an order on line it's soooo annoying. I'm not the only one who says that, especially if you want to only order online. As of the past few months it is IMPOSSIBLE to do. If your website is good = less calls = less overhead = less customers LEAVING because some don't want to talk on the phone. Those, including myself, get frustrated by the inability to place the order online then off we go, on another site, BYE BYE customer, bye Bye money. Another issue - call center. I personally don't like it at all, too frustrating. I was told that they call center is off site, but they are, on site that is. If you have issues you cannot resolve it, they said they can't. I don't like being lied to.

What a great place. Everyone was brilliantly kind. Even the muscle were polite and cool. Edward assisted us and made me feel like a long list brother. He went out of his way to find me just what I needed. Give that man a raise. Had I lived here, I'd go nowhere else. You Cali-folk are so fortunate. Definitely go here!
