As far as the staff goes, Jess, Adam, and the new kid Peter are amazing. Probably one of the best parts about going is interacting with them and the service they provide. But ive stopped going because either the manager or the owner clearly dont care about their customers no matter how loyal they are. The over pricing is kind of insulting especially knowing theres places close by that sell the same products alot cheaper. Knowing that and still over charging feels like an insult. Now i go up the street to Oz where is way cheaper and even have 10% off everything on mondays. I went from spending hundreds to saving hundreds. Literally saving almost $20 on a Q each visit. Only thing i will miss is the 3 staff members and their service. If they lowered their prices it would be one of the best spots in the city. But the owner or manager needs to make some changes.

This is a fantastic store very knowledgeable about there products. With good prices and a very large assortment of products. And the smells are amazing. It's definitely a place you want to try

The place was really cool and we were excited to check it out, however the person working was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn’t seem to want customers in there or want to help us in anyway. She gave zero effort to interact with us and when I asked questions she was snappy in her responses. She was the grumpiest person I have ever encountered working at a dispensary and for that reason we will not be returning.

This past weekend, I was excited to check out this dispensary, for the fact that it is an old church. When we arrived to our surprise, it was quite anticlimactic, perhaps for the reason that the associate helping us was the grumpiest person I have ever encountered in a dispensary in my life. She looked as though she hated her job, hated her life, and she even went as far as to be grumpy when I asked for something that she didn’t have in stock. Let’s be clear that if I ever go to this dispensary again, and I see her there, I will turn around and find another dispensary to go to. very disappointed. Good selection though

Great service! I ordered online and paid online to pick up in store. My order was put together fast and in a cute little bag. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, as well as being super helpful explaining their products to me. They had this huge chalkboard when you first walk up the steps to get to the cash. The chalkboard had a very colorful list of all the products they offer. I definitely found my new favourite dispensary!
