I was a bit nervous at first, but the staff at Primo made me feel comfortable right away. Their modern store has a great variety of organic products and the team is incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciated the friendly vibe and the fact that everything is clearly labeled, from THC flower to vape cartridges and edibles. Prices are reasonable and the selection keeps getting better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

5/5 stars – this is my local store, I’ve been going to for awhile. The staff are knowledgeable, and I’d like to clarify a lot of shops claim their staff are knowledgeable but when you ask them about something you find out they’re aren’t. Also, I find they’ve consistently have the best deals vs their competitors

These people suck. I've regreted coming here every time I've come. Just the worst attitudes ever.

I used to enjoy and recommend this place to my friends. I was treated awful on the phone for asking simple questions about a cartridge that had malfunctioned. I will be taking my business a block down at Scorpian Grass. Don't waste your time with these jerks.
