Made purchase, realized next day the joints were stale/expired based on taste. Went back with 8/10 in pack to discuss. Was offered 10% off when it was clear the joints were brown/expired. Understand the difficult position, but seemed like a short sighted decision given low cost to just replace. Would not recommend the shop, walk down the street to another one. Left pack of joints with the them to make point, should have kept and put photo on the review. Reply to owner based on reply: Opportunity to make it right was there when i came with full pack the following day to have replaced. The 10% was insulting and the associate could not have cared less. I would be happy to visit again with the pack I returned being replaced.
